- TweetGrid - realtime Twitter search dashboardNovember 26
-

TweetGrid allows you to select your own gridded visua layout (see image above as an example) to follow real-time updates of keywords. It is all web based so no client download is needed, like TweetDeck (view a TweetDeck and Twhirl comparison here on Mashable) would locally.
From the interface you can specify the keywords, send Tweets, shorten URL’s, change the grid number and placement, language choices and more. I might use this one more often! For an example of watching Twitter trends, try their test page. Quite interesting to watch.
- MrTweet - who should I follow? It answersNovember 25
-
MrTweet is a unique service (that just had an outage we found while writing this) that requests you to follow MrTweet and it will suggest who you should follow in return from your followers and who is influential you are missing.
There is no login or account for the site, you just follow MrTweet on Twitter and it gives you feedback of ratios and who follows a suggested person. I am awaiting the results from mine and will update this posting with feedback
- TweetStalk - don’t let them know they are being followedNovember 25
-
It had to happen, someone felt that RSS feeds were just not enough. TweetStalk created a Firefox add-on script that allows you to select Stalk and/or Follow when viewing a profile on the Twitter pages. From their homepage:
Sometimes you want to follow someone on Twitter, but you don’t want them to know you’re following them. We present to you TweetStalk ‒ the simple way to stalk Twitter users without having to follow them.
I am not sure how many of you have interest in this, but the offering is there, only in FIrefox. Sounds like something that should be mentioned on SocialStalking.com
- CommuterFeed - find and follow traffic (as in cars)November 24
-
Commuterfeed caught my eye accidentally. I already had built a Twitter account (@STLTraffic) that pulls RSS feeds on local traffic when they announced the highway closing here for 3 years due to construction. Then along comes this site that has tone of metro areas. Not all are totally up to date or active yet, but with enough poeple involved they could be useful. See if your city is listed and participate.
- Fleck - social bookmarking and URL’s to TwitterNovember 20
-

There are numerous social bookmarking services that hook to Twitter, but this one specifies the Fleck Lite version specifically for Twitter users. Sign-up was one page, simply enter your (gasp!) username and password for Twitter, create an account on their service and use the bookmarklet.
From there start sharing URL’s with all your Twitter friends.
