WHO YOU ARE
You’re a highly qualified Director of QA who has a strong background in software engineering, testing frameworks and automation to drive the overall planning, execution and delivery of our product.
You have over five years of experience directing a software quality management team with at least 5 additional years as a hands-on software quality engineer testing web-based applications. You are team-oriented and excel at directing and mentoring a team of software QA specialists. You’ve collaborated with design, documentation, engineering, and QA specialists to release high quality software.
You have expert knowledge and understanding of QA processes and best practices, including testing approaches, plan development, measurement, localization, and automation.
You are a flexible, self-motivated team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Define and manage the Quality Assurance strategy, deliverables, methodologies and processes for testing our product.
Review technical QA problems and and recommend tactical and/or procedural solutions
