Very interesting indeed. I must applaud the Obama administration for being so up-to-date with technology with their involvement with Facebook, Youtube, the iPhone (yes they do have an app) and now this fancy way of directing traffic to their website.

The big question is how manage to get such well-placed SERPs for those specific sites, especially when only the word NO is there.

I guess it has to do with the domain name. However, not everybody can make such an accurate URL. What can they do if they are not sure then?
