Happy Day, Sad DayMay 31

Well, it’s over. One of the toughest weeks of my life. My youngest daughter, Shea, was married on Thursday. Here’s a little video I put together for them. Don’t feel like you have to watch it… it’s 10 minutes, 25 seconds long.

But as part of our “family”, I wanted to share some of our happiness and memories with you.

Well, it’s over. One of the toughest weeks of my life. My youngest daughter, Shea, was married on Thursday. Here’s a little video I put together for them. Don’t feel like you have to watch it… it’s 10 minutes, 25 seconds long.

But as part of our “family”, I wanted to share some of our happiness and memories with you.

 
I don’t know where you are in your life, what you’ve been through with your kids, what your experiences have been, or what you’ve felt as your kids grow up and leave home.I can only tell you that in every case and with every one of our 6 children, it’s not been easy for me. First, it was Tatum, then Chad, Travis, Ty, Mican, and now Shea. Tough in every case.

But the good news is, they’ll be living only about 6 miles from us and we’ll get to see her and Josh regularly.

So just in case you’ve been wondering why I’ve been pretty quiet the last week or so, this is one of the reasons. The other reason will be explained later this week. It’s great news and I know you’ll be glad to hear it.

But for now, I’ve got another 4-day new consultant’s training workshop to conduct starting Monday, and will be entertaining grandkids tomorrow while Chad and Dawn are in San Diego. She’s running the San Diego Marathon this weekend… 26.2 miles (can you say “stupid”? Who in the world would ever want to do such a thing?)

When was the last time you had the opportunity to help out someone who wanted to be like you? I’m not talking about your young children who admire your every action, here. I’m talking about grown men or women who are married, wanting to raise a family, trying to get their education, and are looking for some guidance and direction.

Well, here’s an opportunity that has come OUR way in the last couple of days. I say OUR, because this young man wants to be like you. He wants to be a successful consultant, provide the kind of help to businesses that is meaningful and profitable to them, and earn the kind of income that will provide his family with a very nice lifestyle.

When was the last time you had the opportunity to help out someone who wanted to be like you? I’m not talking about your young children who admire your every action, here. I’m talking about grown men or women who are married, wanting to raise a family, trying to get their education, and are looking for some guidance and direction.

Well, here’s an opportunity that has come OUR way in the last couple of days. I say OUR, because this young man wants to be like you. He wants to be a successful consultant, provide the kind of help to businesses that is meaningful and profitable to them, and earn the kind of income that will provide his family with a very nice lifestyle.

I’ve helped him come through our training and now he needs your (our) collective help. Take a look and see what comes to your mind. I’d love to give him several projects that he can choose from to help him accomplish his goals. Will you give me a hand with this?
