- In unofficial returns, Cabot voters have chosen Anne Gilliam to take the Ward 4, Position 1 seat on the Cabot City Council in 2009. The ballots were cast Tuesday in a runoff resulting from the Nov. 4 general election, Gilliam was challenging incumbent Becky Lemaster, who was seeking a second term.
