I made some magnets tonight; however, I'm not satisfied with them at all. I used those magnetic tip-ons that are on the front of telephone directories, Mod Podge and scrapbooking paper. The images just aren't clear and look smudged. Plus they slide down the refrigerator. I'll keep on trying because I just love this idea!

Hi- I recently just discovered this site. I loved this idea but didn't know what I would use it for. Today while looking at ugly nutritional charts, I used this idea to create a set of magnets to keep track of what we eat instead. I made magnets with pictures of items to represent servings from each food group, made enough to represent daily intake, and now I just move them to the other side of the fridge when we eat a serving. I put pictures on my blog too (http://anovelmum.bogspot.com)
