ThemeHybrid. You can get wonderful Hybrid Theme Framework for free with GPL license. You only need to pay $25 to get 1 year exclusive membership. You will get high-quality tutorials and the ability to post questions on the support forums.
WooThemes. This wordpress theme club is great! I love it.
ElegantThemes. This is the cheapest wordpress theme club today. You only need to pay $19.95 to get all of the themes with developer license. No hidden fee.
