- air alert 3 is good if your willing to stick to it (will screw up knees though).....im 5'9 and can easily get rim at wrist or lower on arm, just strength in legs thats all, maybe use weights.... :D

- i can squat about 250. i dnt have dat springiness i need. i mean i can leg press 360 and do 20 calve raises with 35's in each hand. i cant seem to get my spring on. all i have is power.
