- How To: Chewing Gum Pocket Advent Calendar.Today
-
It's rare that a craft project without a purpose other than being insanely adorable inspires me to completely geek out, but my goodness, this chewing gum pocket advent calendar is a brilliant and cheerful testament to human creativity. - Craft a Lamp from Traffic Cones.Today
-

"If you're looking for a cheap mood lighting— and you really love orange— then you're only a few traffic cones away from all the modernist day-glo orange ambiance you can handle." With just a few zip ties, six mini plastic cones, and a $2.00 Ikea lamp kit, Henrique from Let's Evo built this atomic lamp. The process was so simple, that his included how-to doesn't even need words....it's just a few easy photos.
I wonder if they make these cones in any other color.

- Poof Dress How-ToYesterday
-
Want a fashionable way to recycle your used bath poofs? This easy How-To will teach you how to make a dress with your old bath buddies!
To start you will need many bath poofs. You will also need some fabric.

1.Find the string, cut the strong, and unravel the poof.
2.Make measurements around your chest and your waist. Then measure from the top of your chest to the bottom.

3.Finally, measure from the bottom of your chest, to the length that you want the dress to be.
4.Lay out fabric and cut a “pattern” as shown in the picture.

5.Hem the top of your fabric by folding it at ½ inch and then again at 1 inch and then sew.
6.On a form, make some darts with the fabric from the apex to a desired dart amount. If you do not have a form, put the fabric on your body and pin in the back.
