We are currently looking into an availability issue with a segment of sites hosted on Cluster.2.

At this time, the issue is being examined and we are aggressively working to restore the affected services. We will have more information available on this System Status page shortly.

UPDATENovember 16

We were able to restore services without much delay. At this time, things should be back and performing normally. The unavailability lasted from 9:55PM to approximately 10:15PM Pacific Time.

The root cause of this brief unavailability is being fully investigated. We will continue our investigation, as well as monitoring the services that were impacted. We will be sure to cover any additional periods of unavailability. That said, we expect that things will stay normal from this point.

STATUS CHANGE: RESOLVEDNovember 13

We have been closely monitoring the availability of the services of Cluster.2 since our last update.  We are confident that the ongoing maintenance we are performing has allowed us to close this particular incident.

There is still more work to be done to our storage architecture.  Our vendor has been working closely with us throughout this process.  We are confident that our remaining tasks can be performed during off-peak hours with advanced notice.  As in the past, we will be certain to notify any impacted customers using our Scheduled Maintenance notices.

In conclusion we have applied a month’s credit to those who were affected by this incident.  We appreciate your patience as we continue making improvements to our core services.  Thank you.
