What kind of training does one need to be a 22-year-old youth pastor? What ever it is, it is no where near enough. Pastor Damon J. Noel went fishing off the company pier so to speak. He allegedly snagged his minor victim at vacation bible school.
According to Officer Jon Bohanan, police confronted the suspect near Boyton Park, where he reportedly had arranged to meet the victim, at about 2:15 p.m. Friday. They arrested Damon J. Noel, 22, on charges of third-degree rape, contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, third-degree sex abuse, endangering the welfare of a minor and sexual misconduct.
Nice. Ok… cross vacation bible school off the list.

There is a paucity of details here, the age of the victim should have been revealed, it may have thrown a little light on just how "perverted" this crime is. I always wonder if there is an agenda behind these one sided reports.

The following are some of the most frequently advanced arguments from the Foundation for Ancient Research and Mormon Studies (FARMS) and the Foundation for Apologetic Information and Research (FAIR) related to DNA and the Book of Mormon—most notably (or at least most succinctly) in the latter’s brochure, Is an Historical Book of Mormon Compatible with DNA Science? Since these claims have gained some currency within LDS circles and I am frequently asked about them by individuals who have either read my book or otherwise tried to follow developments in this area, I have concluded that it would be best to summarize my responses in an equally succinct manner.

Oh, that joker! People thought he was going to raise taxes on the rich and cause problems for the biggest of the big capitalists. Boy, he sure showed them... he's one of them after all!For a liberal Democrat who made no secret of his Robin Hood economic instincts, President-elect Barack Obama has been showing a savvy understanding of how to get the hard-core capitalists on Wall Street to do his bidding.
The way that Mr. Obama has handled his ambiguous role in the last week — before he actually has any real power, but is viewed by the nation as the economic savior — has been telling.
Most notable is the way he gave investors a shove toward the buy side with a press leak that may have prevented another scary stock market sell-off. Instead, his deft maneuvering was followed by a substantial rally that avoided even more financial angst around holiday dinner tables.
The way he teased the markets and the media about what he will do about taxes and spending also showed an aptitude for operating in the Wall Street-Washington arena.
