Over the last couple weeks the SF Moderators, Admin and Members of the Dev team have discussed what to do with the SF's 'Member Of The Month' award that we are running for the past few months and tried to solve a couple problems with the current process. To be honest we are still not quite sure what to do but at least we came up with some great ideas on how to improve it and what is even more importantly, how to involve more participation in process of nominating, voting and awarding.
As you may have already noticed, here at Symbian Freak, we really care about our visitors, and we love being able to reward community members, each one of who have done remarkably a lot to make this site stand where it is and not be a dream broken very soon. The Open Mobile Summit is a groundbreaking conference exploring the move to open up the mobile value chain, and deliver the mobile Internet. A new version of the Python for 1.4.5 S60 3rd Edition devices has been released yesterday and posted over at our forum section. Although it fixes quite a few of the bugs it is still an unofficial update and is provided AS IS with NO SUPPORT!
In simple words, the leaked update pack is not made by Nokia, no source code of the changes is available so be careful and proceed at your own risk.
