Cut Copy + Damn ArmsNovember 19

Ah, the Damn Arms boys have done it again… they’ve created a surprising disco-pop remix of Cut Copy’s “Far Away.” It’s quite a leap from the Damn Arms songs and G.L.O.V.E.S. remixes we’ve grown accustomed too — but still makes sense at the same time.

Look for other nu-disco remixes of “Far Away” from Hercules & the Love Affair and the Golden Filter. The single is out November 24th on Modular. You know the drill.

It wasn’t so long ago that we were going all nuts for the mysterious Golden Filter’s “Solid Gold” — well the nu-disco band is back with another solid gold mp3, “Moonlight Fantasy.” This time around were treated with something a little more breathy and a little more of a disco electro vibe. The total sum is another fucking brilliant track:

Today is the day. Little Boots’ “Arecibo” is released today! “Stuck on Repeat” and “Meddle”, Ebola and Fake Blood… they’re all here. Ok, so maybe you already have some of the tunes but show your support and buy it today from IAMSOUND or iTunes.

And here’s a little something not included on the EP. Baron von Luxxury has lended his talents to “Meddle” creating a church disco remix that strips out all the Timberlandness of the original:
