If you aren’t following PhotoNetCast, this is what you’ve been missing:

The winners of our ATP Photofinder Mini contest have been announced. If you’re one of the winners, congratulations.

Also, we’ve published a new episode (#18) on which we interview Tom Hogarty, product manager for Lightroom. Lot’s of insider views on this one about one of the favorite photo management tools for photographers. Thanks to Tom and all the listeners who sent questions.

And talking about Lightroom, if you don’t have a copy of Lightroom 2, Adobe has provided us a copy of the software to give to one of our listeners. More details on PhotoNetCast #18.

Still on podcasts, another one that I recommend is EXIF and Beyond, by Jim Goldstein. In his last episode, Jim talks with Nick Dunmur of Pro-Imaging.org about the Bill of Rights for Photography Competitions.

Going mobile and moreNovember 27 2008

Mobile-ready

Just a small update to the ever-connected people out there: This blog is now mobile compatible.

This means that if you have an iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile phone/PDA, etc. and you use one of the regular mobile browsers, you’ll be able to access this blog without the normal layout problems that many sites have when displayed on mobile devices (hopefully).

So, give it a try and tell me if it’s working for you.

What about in portuguese?

This is something that I’ve been thinking about for some time, but since it involves more work I’ve been sort of putting it off. The site gets a few hits from portuguese-speaking countries and I was thinking it might be interesting to provide a translation to my articles (human one, not machine generated). So, if you live in a portuguese-speaking country and would like to see this site translated, please drop me a comment or an email. If I see some interest from you, I’ll do it.

I’ve been somewhat away from Flickr these past days, mainly for professional reasons. Nonetheless, here are a few of the best I’ve seen around this week.

Don’t forget to go to the photo pages and leave your comments.
