Get started by washing hair with a shampoo and conditioner that add sleekness and shine. Apply a frizz fighting serum to towel dried hair and blow dry. Using your fingers, pull the hair back from your face while blow drying.

Create a front and a back section by horizontally parting your hair across your head from ear to ear. Pull the back section, including the sides, into a sleek, tight ponytail.

To create the slight bouffant in the front, tease the top section ever so slightly to lift it away from the forehead. Pull hair back gently and wrap it around the elastic. If you have shorter layers or bangs in the front, a pretty, crystal studded bobby pin or clip will keep everything secure. Work a shine serum through the length of your ponytail for added glossiness
