Amazingly fun. Enthusiastically received. Glitchy but Real. Mission accomplished? Extending the Experience.
Thank you Jeff Pulver and www.Pulver.tv for making this possible. Thanks to everyone who helped by doing, observing or contributing to the mediacast of Startup Weekend Boulder 2. Giant props to Danny Holland for videos like the this:
Boulder Startup Weekend 2 - Day 2 from Danny Holland on Vimeo. It’s tricky to guess how many (300 likely, possibly 1,000 or more) remote participants we drew, but we got a lot of traction. For last-minute, word-of-mouth coverage of a 2-day event with 80 local participants, I’m damn proud of that. Here’s a roundup of the numbers…
Mediacasters.tv: 1,655 page views from all over the world: US, Canada, Mexico, India, Australia, So. Pacific, Israel, Europe, South & Central America.

Well, mediacasters was certainly high-energy, high-chaos and we’re happy that you made it high-participation. So now we’d like to know about your experience. What are your ideas for the future? What did you like? Dislike? Wish had happened? Please let us know in the comments or on your blog. And thanks so much for being a part of the mediacasting experiment.
- Eric Litman Visits Startup WeekendMarch 25

Ironically, after running 4 shows, the 5th probably had the most technical challenges. But we’re incredibly grateful to Eric Litman of WashingtonVC for his time and expertise. It was a lot of fun chatting with you Eric, and you rolled gracefully with the tech glitches.
