MapReduce is a programming model and an associated implementation for processing and generating large data sets. Users specify a map function that processes a key/value pair to generate a set of intermediate key/value pairs, and a reduce function that merges all intermediate values associated with the same intermediate key. Many real world tasks are expressible in this model, as shown in the paper.

My Dog Beats Puppy Cam Pups From UstreamYesterday

Every now and then I read on twitter about some sleepy puppies called “Puppy Cam” which you can watch live via Ustream.tv! I really haven’t seen the video yet because I always forget to tune into Ustream.tv when I get home from work. But! I did saw pictures tho and let me tell you something! My new pup is cutter many said that and he is too. Here is just one picture of him and you tell me if he is not great looking pup!

Ipod Touch and Iphone 2.2 Firmware ReviewYesterday

Now that Iphone 2.2 and Ipod Touch firmware is released on new iTunes 8.0.2 you wonder what is new? Well one thing for sure there is no copy paste as I already new about. You can turn on and off auto-correction and Safari is a bit different. Other then that Apple really just released this to upgrade some security flaws thats about it. So when can we expect copy paste on Iphone and Ipod Touch? Gen 3! while G1 and BlackBerry’s already have copy paste features Appler’s have to wait.

I bet many of you are disappointed believe me I am too!
